Rubber battery tray for use in the Citroën 11CV BL. The tray holds the battery in a fixed position and protects nearby parts against leakage and dirt. The rubber absorbs shocks and vibrations and reduces direct load on the vehicle structure. Dimensions match a standard battery layout with a base area of about twenty three by twenty three centimetres. Raised edges keep the battery within the boundaries of the tray. Suitable for installation in the original battery compartment without modification of supporting structures or mounting points inside the vehicle body.
